Because the only way we can truly make a difference is together, share, help, and save a life

Always have usable fire extinguisher to use in your car.

Keep up with scheduled maintenance and annual inspections.

Adherence to safety procedures when supplying petrol (stopping the motor, not smoking, not using the mobile phone).

Don't Leave flammable materials, such as paper or plastic bags, in the car for long periods of time.

Make sure you use only approved replacement parts and modifications.

Don’t park in grass tall enough to touch parts of the car that heat up.

Be careful with gasoline. Use only approved containers, don’t carry it in the passenger area if possible, and never store it in your car.

Scan the area for fire hazards like downed power lines or storm damages to infrastructure

Respond immediately when a strange odor (e.g. gasoline, burning rubber, burning plastic), smoke or flames are present. A clear indication is if it comes from under the hood or wheel area.

If you parked your car for a long time in the sun, make sure that the seat belt iron is far from your child.
